Important: Customization service fees do not include the cost of the products. Be sure to add both the items you want customized and the same quantity of customization services to your cart before checkout.

1. Choose Your Products

• Bags: Canvas totes, duffle bags, drawstring backpacks, jute bags, and more

• Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies, polos, and outerwear

• Headwear: Trucker hats, snapbacks, beanies, and caps

Add your preferred items to the cart in the quantities you need.

2. Add Customization Services

Select the type of customization you want and add the same quantity of services to match your product order:

• Screen Printing – For bold logos and vibrant designs

• DTG (Direct-to-Garment) – For full-color prints on apparel

• Embroidery – For a premium, professional finish on hats and clothing

Minimum order: 24 pieces.

3. Upload Your Artwork

Use the “Upload Artwork” button on the product page to submit your logo or design.
Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI

4. Review Your Digital Proof

Within 24 business hours of placing your order, our design team will send you a digital proof. Review all details carefully — this is your chance to make adjustments before production.

5. Approve & Start Production

Once you approve the proof, we’ll start production.

• Standard production time: 4–6 business days (plus transit from California, USA)

• Rush service available upon request

Please Note: Customized items are final sale. Once you approve the proof, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled or modified.
